Beryl Donenfeld, Personal Trainer , Indoor Cycling instructor, Pilates Mat and Yoga Teacher in Boulder, Colorado


Beryl Donenfeld, M.Ed. is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and a Certified Pilates Instructor.  She is certified by A.C.E in Personal Training, Lifestyles & Weight Management and Group Fitness, with 30 years of experience.  Beryl also is certified by The PhysicalMind Institute® and Pilates Coach® and by the Arthritis Foundation® and is a certified Johnny G® SPINNING® Instructor and certified by Schwinn Indoor Cycling.

Beryl teaches classes at RallySport,  The Boulder Country Club and The Mapleton YMCA.  She has been the Yoga and Pilates Director at The Colorado Athletic Club and has taught cycling class at Breakaway Studio in Longmont. Her knowledge of integrated movement, alignment and anatomy has a depth that can only come from years of study and experience working with people of all ages and abilities.

Beryl has a strong reputation in the fitness industry, has led workshops and trained other exercise instructors and personal trainers and has been a featured speaker for many organizations and companies, covering a wide range of topics related to health, fitness and nutrition.  Beryl’s passion for exercise is evident in the way she teaches and cares for people.
