Skiing in Telluride!

I recently returned from a ski trip and I’m happy to report that I skiied for 10 consecutive days without injury. In fact, without even getting fatigued! My secret: regular Spinning classes to build leg strength and endurance, Pilates for the core and Yoga for focus, for the ability to stay relaxed while skiing hard and for a positive attitude.
